    In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic partner to some of the prominent players in the private capital markets, ensuring they extract maximum value from their software investments. You will act as a trusted advisor, cultivating strong relationships with decision-makers and key users to foster adoption, retention, and growth within accounts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and support, to customize solutions that align with each client’s specific objectives. This is a significant opportunity designed for a candidate who is passionate about client success, adept at navigating complexity, and eager to collaborate across various business functions. Your ability to interpret client requirements and convert them into actionable results will be essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with enterprise clients, including executives and key power users.
    • Gain in-depth knowledge of each client’s business objectives and tailor platform utilization to bolster their growth and success.
    • Create and implement customer success plans, meticulously tracking KPIs and initiatives.
    • Spot expansion opportunities and negotiate tailored solutions to enhance client engagement.
    • Regularly assess client health through engagement and usage metrics, proactively addressing any risks.
    • Serve as the internal client advocate, facilitating seamless collaboration with support and product teams.
    • Lead clients through onboarding, implementation, and renewal processes with a focus on delivering long-term value.
    • Conduct client-facing meetings and presentations, embodying professionalism and executive presence.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate customer feedback into upcoming product and service enhancements.
    • 8+ years of experience in a client-facing capacity, preferably in customer success or account management disciplines.
    • A background in private markets, including real estate, venture capital, or private equity, is highly desirable.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate client needs into strategic actions and measurable outcomes.
    • Proven track record in building trust with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
    • Successful management of large, intricate accounts and cross-functional projects.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong presentation expertise.
    • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proactive, flexible, and driven by a commitment to continuous learning and development.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
    • Attractive base salary: $120,000-$175,000 (commensurate with experience and location).
