If your interests span Marketing, Borrowing, Growth, Payments, Fincrime, Wealth, or Core, we want to hear from you! This specific role is situated within our Marketing team under Growth. Your Responsibilities
Collaborating with fellow data scientists, analysts, analytics engineers, and marketing managers, you will fuel our marketing initiatives within Growth, aiming to boost both volume and value.
- Utilize your skills in marketing analytics and data mining to derive insights from user interactions with our marketing campaigns, enhancing our marketing strategies.
- Support the performance marketing and brand teams in measuring impactful metrics; initiate and lead geo-lift experiments to refine our strategies continuously.
- Develop and implement marketing measurement and forecasting solutions to optimize growth.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure a cohesive understanding of the lifetime value of new users and assess how various marketing campaigns influence user profitability.
- Engage with engineers to ensure that we gather the appropriate marketing measurement data to generate insightful business outcomes.

The Interview Process:
Our interview process typically comprises three stages:
- Initial Call
- Technical Interview
- Final Interview, including a case study and collaboration interview
We aim for our interview process to span approximately 2-3 weeks, accommodating your availability.
