ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Senior Export Manager, you will take charge of expanding Minor Figures’ international presence. Your role will involve driving growth through effective distributor management, strategic market entry initiatives, and collaborative brand enhancement projects. You’ll work closely with marketing, operations, and sustainability teams to ensure our brand remains consistent, commercially effective, and seamlessly integrated across borders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Nurture and expand existing export markets, fostering strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key collaborators.

• Assess and identify potential new international markets for strategic growth.

• Lead commercial negotiations, establishing pricing structures, trade terms, and promotional strategies that align with corporate objectives.

• Collaborate with Operations to ensure efficient international logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

• Work alongside Marketing to adapt brand strategies and materials for regional relevance while upholding global consistency.

• Monitor performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to refine strategic direction.

• Represent Minor Figures at international trade fairs, events, and customer engagements.

• Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements across export markets.

ABOUT YOU

• 4+ years of experience in international sales, export, or business development, preferably within the FMCG, food & beverage, or startup sectors.

• Deep understanding of distributor models, route-to-market strategies, and trade marketing tactics.

• Demonstrated success in expanding brand presence internationally, ideally in plant-based products, soft drinks, syrups, or mixers.

• A proactive self-starter with exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• A fervent advocate for sustainability and purposeful business.

• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
