In this role, you will actively nurture relationships with new and existing clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs. You’ll expertly align clients’ criteria with our diverse range of properties, driving sales and ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll collaborate with property investors, analyze market trends, and identify the highest yielding opportunities from our extensive portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Qualify and engage with new warm leads.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of each development project.
• Negotiate sales for both residential and investment properties.
• Conduct property viewings and successfully convert them into offers.
• Facilitate over-the-phone sales for our international clientele.
• Meet and exceed assigned performance metrics and sales targets.
• Collaborate with some of the UK’s premier property developers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in the property sales sector, with a preference for off-plan investment sales.
• Candidates with diverse backgrounds in property sales are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation: £30,000 – £40,000 base salary plus commission, with the potential to earn up to £80,000 when achieving average sales targets.
