    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Operations Lead to spearhead the management and enhancement of our marketing operations processes, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a robust analytical acumen, outstanding leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of best practices within revenue and marketing operations. This pivotal role is part of our centralized Revenue Operations team, dedicated to optimizing revenue marketing activities, and will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Craft and maintain a comprehensive strategy for our marketing tech stack, supporting organizational objectives, measurement, and ongoing improvement.
    • Take ownership of the administration and optimization of both new and existing marketing platforms and tools.
    • Triaging internal system requests and issues with urgency, based on business priorities.
    • Oversee and refine all facets of marketing operations, including lead and account management, scoring, campaign management, automation, and attribution.
    • Formulate and execute strategies to monitor early pipeline performance and revenue growth, providing insights for enhancing campaign and program effectiveness.
    • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, channel sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and foster teamwork.
    • Analyze marketing and revenue data to uncover trends, pinpoint opportunities, and identify areas for enhancement.
    • Implement and uphold marketing operations systems and tools, ensuring top-tier performance.
    • Work collaboratively across teams to develop and drive scalable marketing processes and policies.
    • Ensure that Tapcheck’s marketing tech stack and processes are state-of-the-art and leverage the latest technologies in the industry.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing operations or a closely related field, ideally within a fast-paced scale-up or hyper-growth setting.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce, including the ability to customize it to align with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes, encompassing data management, campaign attribution, and reporting.
    • Background in early-stage startups or organizations experiencing rapid expansion.
    • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and its integration with various systems.
    • Familiarity with Outreach or similar Sales Engagement platforms.
    • Strong organizational skills with experience managing a dynamic project roadmap.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret marketing and revenue data for strategic decision-making.
    • A keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence.

    Compensation for this role ranges from $120,000 to $130,000, accompanied by bonuses and equity. Actual salary will depend on factors such as experience, training, skills, and location. Tapcheck reserves the right to adjust pay scales and benefit offerings as necessary.
