    • Provide expert insights on implementation methodologies and industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with partner organizations throughout the implementation process.
    • Engage with internal teams and contribute to the development of the Safety practice.
    • Mentor project team members and junior consultants.

What You Bring to the Table:

    • Comprehensive knowledge of SaaS implementation methodologies.
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
    • A strong affinity for technology, supported by hands-on experience.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced growth environment.
    • Quick adaptability to change and a proactive approach, teamed with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, and proficiency in a second language such as Italian, Spanish, French, or German.
    • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Willingness to travel as needed.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Fluency in an additional language: Spanish, French, Italian, or German.
    • Direct experience with systems like Oracle Argus, ARISg, or other drug safety applications.
