Our core values—Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed—drive everything we do. Notably, in 2021, we made history by becoming a public benefit corporation (PBC), an official commitment to balancing the needs of our customers, employees, society, and investors.

As a flexible workplace, we encourage our team members to choose their ideal working environment, be it remote or in-office, ensuring that everyone can thrive. Join us in reshaping the life sciences sector while making a positive impact on our customers, employees, and communities.

    • Serve as either project manager or solution architect during global or complex implementation phases, including workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, gap analysis, configuration, validation, and customer training.
    • Provide expert insight into implementation methodologies and best practices.
    • Collaborate with partners and internal teams throughout the implementation process.
    • Contribute to the development of our Safety practice.
    • Mentor team members and junior consultants.

    What You’ll Bring

    • Proactive with strong interpersonal skills; a true team player.
    • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
    • Fluency in a second language such as Italian, Spanish, French, or German.
    • Proficient in MS Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Willingness to travel based on business needs.
    • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

    Preferred Qualifications
