Key Responsibilities

• Craft solutions tailored to the essential business requirements of assigned projects, adhering to agreed timelines and milestones.
• Evaluate, design, and propose component architecture, along with data analysis and modeling, to the Solution Architect as needed.
• Update the Project Manager on development progress as necessary.
• Assist in the customization and configuration of D365 and Power Platform applications and their integrations.
• Engage in technical working groups, progress meetings, and client consultations.
• Create and maintain essential technical documentation, including solution architecture, operational maintenance manuals, and release guidelines.
• Deliver training sessions, demonstrations, and ongoing support for business users.
• Keep abreast of the latest product releases and industry trends.

Education, Qualifications & Skills

• Extensive experience in developing and customizing Microsoft Business Applications, particularly Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights) and the Power Platform.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in developing Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform applications.
• A project-driven mindset, capable of providing estimates and meeting strict deadlines.
