As a Senior Process Mining Consultant, you will be instrumental in advancing our clients’ strategic objectives by transforming raw data into actionable insights. Working closely with the project team, you will deliver impactful, data-driven solutions that enhance client value. By utilizing industry-leading process mining tools such as Celonis EMS, ABBYY Timeline, SAP Signavio, ARIS, and UiPath Process Mining, you will remain at the forefront of the latest features and functionalities to stimulate innovation and deliver results.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Converting clients’ strategic objectives into effective process mining solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Designing and spearheading implementation projects to provide customized, impactful solutions tailored to diverse use cases.
• Utilizing process mining technology to identify inefficiencies and their root causes, collaborating effectively with clients to develop impactful solutions.
• Conducting value creation workshops to brainstorm and devise actionable strategies that enhance process efficiency.
• Articulating the business and financial advantages of recommended improvements, delivering insightful and compelling findings to management.
• Pioneering automation initiatives to unlock value, improve efficiency, and elevate process conformance metrics.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Process Mining Consultant position will possess:

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a related field.
• A minimum of 18 months of hands-on experience with Celonis or other premier Process Mining tools such as ABBYY Timeline, SAP Signavio, ARIS, or UiPath Process Mining.
• Ability to create custom visualizations and dashboards to analyze processes and derive meaningful insights.
• A strong client-facing skill set, with excellent communication abilities to engage with stakeholders across all levels.
• A genuine passion for understanding and interpreting business processes.
• A reputation for analytical thinking, exceptional organizational skills, and a swift learning ability.
• A keen interest in Big Data, Data Mining, Business Intelligence, and Process Mining, with a drive for ongoing professional development.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in establishing data pipelines (including source connection configuration, flat file utilization, SQL for data transformation, and data model definition).
• A proactive and innovative mindset, ready to contribute to the evolution of Process Mining technology.
