In your role as a Product Manager within the Rx Network team, you will be instrumental in defining our portfolio strategy. Your primary focus will involve analyzing industry trends and customer needs, crafting solutions that respond effectively to these insights. Responsibilities include maintaining a strategic roadmap, prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders. Collaboration plays a critical role in your success, as you will engage with various teams to align on product strategies and gather valuable feedback from external customers.
You will navigate process management, oversee technical operations, and ensure adherence to change management practices. A key aspect of your responsibilities will involve liaising with sales engineering and business stakeholders, in addition to working with leadership on budgeting, contracts, and product imaging. As a subject matter expert, you will develop business requirements essential for keeping our products competitive and aligned with consumer expectations in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Strategy: Analyze market needs to support product development.
- Roadmap Management: Maintain strategic goals and prioritize the product backlog effectively.
- Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on development roadmaps, backlog status, and business priorities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product operations, support, market, and growth teams to ensure alignment on product strategy, interacting with Directors, GMs, and Marketing teams as needed.
- Customer Engagement: Gather feedback through direct interactions with external customers and participate in business reviews.
- Process Management: Oversee the Accelerate process and ensure technical oversight in collaboration with R&D leadership.
- Change Management: Ensure compliance with change management procedures.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with support teams to develop effective customer communication strategies.
- Budget and Contracts: Manage capital budgets, contract language, and product imaging.
- Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise while developing clear business requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Retail Pharmacy or Pharmacy Technology experience.
- 3+ years of experience with 271, 835, and 837 Transaction Code sets.
- 3+ years of experience with NCPDP D0 & F6 Telecommunication Standards.
- 3+ years with PDLC processes and methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Co-Pilot.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Product Manager.
- Familiarity with CMS/Medicare B billing processes.
- Knowledge of financial and revenue evaluation and management.

The salary range for this position is $89,800 to $176,700 annually, depending on full-time employment and several factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group is committed to complying with all applicable minimum wage laws.
