    Overview:

    Join us as we seek a talented Senior Manager of Product Marketing who will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and expansion of Labcorp’s Clinical Trial Enablement Services through our Real World Data (RWD) team. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for crafting and executing go-to-market strategies, gaining insights into market trends, and amplifying the value proposition of our products. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential in aligning innovative solutions with market demands, ultimately driving success across our business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive evaluations. Engage with customers and industry leaders to gather invaluable insights that sharpen our understanding of target market segments and audiences.

    • Product Evangelism: Act as a passionate advocate for our products both internally and externally, boosting brand recognition and facilitating product adoption.

    • Product Innovation: Remain attuned to customer feedback, industry developments, and competitor movements to shape our product roadmap and inform innovation strategies.

    • Product Marketing Strategy: Spearhead the creation and implementation of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and promotional campaigns for existing offerings.

    • Strategic Market Positioning: Identify critical market segments and personas, customizing messaging and positioning for effective audience engagement.

    • Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to implement GTM strategies, fostering growth for existing products alongside the Customer Marketing and Commercial/Sales teams.

    • Enablement and Training: Partner with internal experts to create and deliver training materials, sales tools, and demonstrations that empower Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Enhance lead generation and conversion through case studies and additional collateral.

    • Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization: Work closely with Sales and Customer Marketing teams to consistently monitor and optimize marketing leads and the sales funnel for your product lines.

    Short-Term Goals:

    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the RWD team’s target market, including sponsors, CROs, and clinical trial enablement services/products.

    • Craft and implement a GTM strategy for new services/products within the Clinical Trial Enablement segment of the RWD business, including the creation of product sales enablement materials.

    • Facilitate open communication between product/business and sales teams to refine new product strategies and offerings.

    • Assist in pricing evaluations and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives for new products.

    Long-Term Goals:

    • Conduct ongoing market intelligence and analysis while establishing yourself as a subject matter expert on competitive offerings and emerging market trends.

    • Support the GTM strategy and branding for the entire Clinical Trial Enablement product suite, including next-gen solutions in collaboration with the Global Trial Connect team.

    • Evaluate and refine marketing strategies for live products/services to boost new sales and enhance customer retention.

    • Lead marketing initiatives for expanded RWD product launches and enhancements.

    Qualifications:

    • Extensive experience in Real World Data (RWD) or Real World Evidence (RWE), with a robust understanding of the clinical trial landscape.

    • Minimum of 12 years in product marketing within the healthcare or life sciences sector, with a preference for experience in the biopharmaceutical field.

    • Proven expertise in product marketing, especially in the domain of life sciences services.

    • Deep comprehension of how data supports clinical trials, including trial design, site/country selection, site enablement, and patient recruitment.

    • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field; an MBA focused on Marketing is advantageous.

    • Exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong storytelling and communication skills.

    • Outstanding abilities in copywriting, editing, and interpersonal communication.

    • Creative, proactive, and adept at independently managing multiple projects while effectively liaising with various stakeholders.

    Compensation Package: $117,000 – $130,000 + bonus

    This position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan, with bonuses dependent on corporate and/or business segment performance and subject to individual performance metrics.
