We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Cognitive Behaviour Therapist who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of countless individuals each year.

Your Key Responsibilities

As our new Senior Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, you will manage a clinical caseload, offering assessment and therapeutic support to patients dealing with common mental health issues, while also mentoring a team of therapists to ensure exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Following service referral protocols meticulously, and when necessary, guiding inappropriate referrals to the appropriate services under supervision.
2. Conducting case management supervision to aid clinicians in meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), such as session throughput and staff utilization.
3. Providing mental health duty cover, tackling general inquiries, performing clinical report evaluations, and identifying and escalating risks when required.
4. Engaging in clinical audits for the team and offering constructive feedback for enhancements in case management practices.
