    We are seeking seasoned implementation specialists with a strong background in pharmacovigilance signal detection and analytics to enhance our Professional Services team. Your innovative thinking and profound domain expertise will play a crucial role in our mission as you challenge traditional practices with cutting-edge technology.

    As a vital contributor to our Professional Services team, you will work closely with clients and our management to successfully implement the Vault Safety solution. Your responsibilities will encompass leading projects, defining and advancing business processes, steering the project team in executing solutions, and guiding customers through implementation best practices.

    This is a remote position available to qualified candidates in the EU/UK, particularly for those who are close to an airport and meet travel requirements. We encourage EU/UK-based applicants to apply.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Spearhead configuration and implementation of Vault Safety for life sciences clients.
    • Develop strategies, business processes, and program implementation plans for deploying Vault Safety Workbench and Vault Safety Signal organization-wide.
    • Collaborate closely with the Product team to influence early adopter product designs and features.
    • Provide Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance subject matter expertise to clients and project teams.
    • Manage resources and motivate a cross-functional team while tracking and forecasting project progress.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for client communications, coordinating with the project team, customers, and internal stakeholders.
    • Mentor project team members and junior consultants to foster growth and skill development.
    • Represent Safety Professional Services across various engagements and workstreams, including solution design, configuration, data migration, and systems integration.
    • Ensure customer success throughout the entire engagement lifecycle.
    • Assist presales and sales teams with defining project scopes, estimated costs, and timeframes.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the life sciences sector, particularly focusing on Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance, or related fields.
    • In-depth knowledge of Signal Detection methodologies.
    • Proficiency with safety databases like ARISg (LifeSphere), ARGUS, Empirica, or comparable PV solutions.
    • Self-driven with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
    • Proven track record in managing diverse stakeholder relationships and ensuring high levels of project satisfaction.
    • Quick to comprehend client needs and devise suitable solution designs.
    • Strong understanding of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance regulations and processes.
    • Experience in defining global safety business processes.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of global safety regulations.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving environments.
    • Willingness to travel as necessary.
    • Authorized to work in the EU; visa sponsorship is not available.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Fluency in a secondary language such as Spanish, French, Italian, or German.
    • A degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Hands-on experience with safety databases such as ARISg or ARGUS.
    • Experience in demonstrating software applications in pre-sales scenarios.
