Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical liaison for the Customer Success team by defining project scopes, desired outcomes, and strategic roadmaps for clients.
- Oversee the comprehensive implementation of data reliability platforms, particularly in complex data lake and cloud architectures.
- Create and disseminate best practices for deploying scalable and effective data solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical training and enablement for customer engineering and data teams.
- Develop technical documentation, playbooks, and reusable assets to support both customers and internal teams.
- Act as a champion for the customer perspective within internal teams, communicating valuable feedback to influence product development.
- Evaluate usage trends to pinpoint growth opportunities and enhance product adoption.
- Manage multiple client relationships with enterprise-level stakeholders and complex timelines.
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position, preferably within the data or analytics sectors.
- A strong background in cloud data platforms, data lakes, ETL pipelines, BI tools, SQL, and APIs; knowledge of networking is a plus.
- Expertise in solution scoping, architecture planning, and executing complex implementations for both technical and business audiences.
- Previous experience managing relationships with large enterprise clients and working across multifunctional teams.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach.
- Proven ability to identify process enhancements and drive efficiencies internally and externally.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings across the EMEA region.
