    We are on the lookout for a Senior Partner Alliance Manager to join our EMEA team.

    About the Role

    In this pivotal role reporting to the Global Head of Channel & Alliances, you will play a crucial part in formulating and executing the Segment channel strategy in key EMEA markets. Your mission will involve recruiting, training, and actively engaging partners to advocate for Segment CDP among their customer bases, while also ensuring successful implementation of Segment solutions. You will utilize your expertise to create joint demand generation strategies and enhance ROI alongside our partner marketing team.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Develop, refine and implement a regional channel strategy that strengthens sales across the partner ecosystem.
    • Establish and nurture profitable relationships with a portfolio of partners in your designated territory, including systems integrators, agencies, consultancies, technology platforms, and independent software vendors (ISVs).
    • Conduct territory assessments alongside partners and Segment sales teams to pinpoint new opportunities.
    • Create and execute comprehensive business plans and go-to-market strategies that drive revenue for both Segment and its key partners.
    • Design and implement demand generation initiatives to meet ambitious targets.
    • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships including sales, services, product development, marketing, and business development.
    • Integrate Segment solutions and partner offerings to propel go-to-market initiatives.
    • Lead the development of broad enablement plans that boost the adoption of Segment products.
    • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strengthen overall executive engagement.
    • Communicate and celebrate the achievements of strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders.

    What You’ll Need:

    • At least 6 years of experience in partner management, strategic partnerships, or management consulting.
    • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and business objectives.
    • Experience within Customer Data Platforms and complex partnerships in martech environments (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
    • Demonstrated success in building and expanding strategic partnerships that foster long-term revenue and customer satisfaction.
    • Analytical mindset, driven by data and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
    • Understanding of complex solution selling, with the ability to foster consensus and develop relationships at multiple levels.
    • Strong expertise in advertising, martech, and SaaS applications.
    • A proactive self-starter capable of working independently to achieve results.
    • Comfort with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business landscape.
    • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is mandatory.
    • Superior written and verbal communication abilities with a strong executive presence.
    • Capacity to influence and cultivate effective working relationships throughout the organization.
    • Enthusiasm for travel, with an energy for making personal connections.

    This opportunity offers remote work flexibility and is based in the UK.

    Travel Requirements

    We prioritize building connections, which means this role involves approximately 35% travel across EMEA and occasional trips to the US.
