About the Role:

We seek a candidate with profound technical expertise, exceptional stakeholder management abilities, and the capacity to guide cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle. You will partner with developers, designers, and leadership to craft roadmaps, delineate requirements, and launch cutting-edge products. This position offers seasoned professionals an exciting opportunity to influence impactful product releases in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee product development and strategy: Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to post-launch evaluations, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows for development teams.

• Simplify technical concepts: Transform complex technical ideas into understandable requirements, assess potential solutions, and prioritize features based on feasibility, impact, and value to customers.

• Conduct market research: Engage in customer discovery and market analysis to clearly convey our product’s unique value proposition.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration: Work seamlessly with developers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Guarantee quality and timeliness: Organize testing procedures, collect feedback, and ensure that features meet established standards and deadlines.

• A minimum of 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a technical capacity.

• Exceptional communication skills to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Asana.

• A strong grasp of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, and programming languages such as JavaScript.

• Outstanding organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities in a remote work setting.

• Experience in defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs; knowledge of A/B testing or similar approaches is a plus.

• Experience in leading AI and peer-to-peer initiatives is advantageous.

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript development and frameworks such as Node.js, React, or Angular is a plus.
