Your Role at TetraScience
As the Manager of Product Marketing, you will be integral in articulating the value of TetraScience’s revolutionary Tetra Scientific Data and AI Cloud. Your primary focus will be on crafting compelling product messaging, developing pricing and packaging strategies, and creating impactful sales tools and content for our diverse customer base, particularly for key technical personas such as IT professionals, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists. You will engage cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Partners to ensure our offerings are effectively communicated.
- Messaging and Positioning: Craft clear and compelling messaging that captures the essence of our product capabilities and distinct platform value, targeted at technical audiences.
- Pricing and Packaging: Devise and refine pricing and packaging models to fully convey the value of TetraScience’s platform. Collaborate with Sales to iterate on these models based on customer insights and market intelligence.
- Enablement: Equip our sales team and partners with vital tools, live training, and resources to effectively convey our platform’s capabilities to customers. Develop technical assets such as demos, presentations, and FAQs that enhance the sales process.
- Content Creation: Partner with Demand Generation to structure campaign strategies aligned with core messaging themes. Produce customer-facing content such as whitepapers, ROI calculators, blogs, solution briefs, eBooks, website copy, videos, and webinars that resonate with our target audiences and support broader marketing efforts.
- Product Launches: Coordinate successful product launches and updates for diverse audiences, bringing together cross-functional teams for maximum impact.
- Competitive Insights: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of competitors to understand their strengths and weaknesses, helping to develop resources that enable our sales team to gain a competitive edge.
Your Background
- Extensive technical expertise with experience in data products and the modern data stack.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear frameworks for decision-making.
- 5+ years of experience in data/cloud product marketing or related fields (such as product management or solutions architecture), particularly within a tech environment.
- Proven experience collaborating with enterprise customers and sales teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; an adept B2B storyteller and presenter.
- Strong project management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and proactive communication.
- Familiarity with scientific research, scientific data, and laboratory workflows is a plus.
