    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
    • A proactive and collaborative mindset focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

    What Awaits You
In return for your dedication, you will join a supportive and ambitious finance team during a pivotal moment for the Council. You can look forward to:

    • Access to a flextime system that allows staff to work additional hours between 7:30 am and 7:00 pm (6:30 pm on Fridays), with the opportunity to take up to one day of flexible leave each month.
    • Ample annual leave entitlement:
    • 26 days for full-time employees,
    • increasing to 29 days after five years of continuous local government service, 31 days after ten years, and 34 days after twenty years.
