We are currently seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LCSW, LMCH, LMFT) to join our passionate team. In this rewarding position, you will have the chance to work closely with individuals, helping them navigate the challenges that hinder their ability to form meaningful relationships, fulfill their responsibilities, and uncover their best selves. We eagerly anticipate bringing on a compassionate and talented Mental Health Therapist to further our mission of promoting mental health.

    This is a fully remote contract role.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assess the individual needs of patients and provide expert counseling services to enhance their overall well-being.
    • Collaborate with patients to develop customized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
    • Be prepared to deliver crisis management support as needed to ensure patient safety and care.
    • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of each patient’s progress and therapeutic journey.
    • Collaborate effectively with fellow healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and care delivery.

    Qualifications

    • Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LCSW, LMCH, LMFT) in Idaho is required; licensure in Washington, Texas, California, Utah, or New Mexico is a bonus.
    • A Master’s degree in a relevant mental health discipline.
    • A solid foundation of experience and knowledge in various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to connect and build rapport with both patients and team members.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload.
    • Access to a computer with a webcam, audio capabilities, and a stable internet connection for remote consultations.
