As a Licensed Psychologist at Aspen Ridge Mental Health, the primary responsibility is to provide excellent, compassionate, expert care for clients. Licensed Psychologists will provide therapy services for clients with general mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and relational concerns. Licensed Psychologists also have the option to perform psychological assessments. Option to supervise unlicensed clinicians including Doctoral Externs, Doctoral Interns, Post Doctoral Residents and Postmasters Residents. Attention to detail is crucial in ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and timely for oneself and one’s direct reports.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, marital, family, and/or group therapy to clients in accordance with weekly caseload requirements
• Collaborate with various clinicians and providers to aid in client care
• Maintain accurate, thoroughly documented patient records with a quality of documentation that meets facility and licensing standards

• Option to provide individual supervision for unlicensed clinicians (doctoral externs, doctoral interns, postdoctoral residents and post masters residents)
• Work a minimum of 30 hours per week to maintain full-time status
• Example Schedule:
  • 75% of time spent providing individual, couples and/or family therapy
  • 10% of time spent providing psychological assessment services (optional)
  • 15% of time dedicated to administrative support including client documentation, coordination of care
  • Option to provide supervision for unlicensed clinicians

Qualifications:

• Licensed or eligible for license in Colorado, Utah or Texas as a Licensed Psychologist
• Doctoral Degree from APA accredited university
• Must reside in the state you are offering services – Colorado, Utah, Texas
• Have remote work environment that is HIPAA compliant
• Strong computer skills, preference for experience with Google Suite and Simple Practice platforms

Please note: Denver and Westminster have in-person/Hybrid options. All other locations are remote work only.

Compensation:

Employees are paid hourly for each service provided. Clinicians are also paid when a client late cancels or no-shows (medicaid exceptions apply). Clinicians are able to bill for additional administrative time including note writing, supervision provided and received, coordination of care and team meetings. Our pay structure is broken down into max and base rate pay. Max rate can be billed for client services (therapy & assessment) and supervision provided. Base rate can be billed for attending didactics and trainings, group and individual supervision received, note writing, coordination of care, and team meetings. The bulk of your pay comes from seeing clients which is standard in private practice.

Private/Group Practice:

At ARMH we find that clinicians invest more in our culture and mission if they focus on solely working with us for outpatient client services. Therefore, during employment with us, we ask that our employees do not work at their own or other’s group/private practices.
