Role Overview
As a BCBA, you will lead and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) while managing a small caseload of clients. Your responsibilities will include reviewing session data, interpreting findings, and tailoring individualized treatment plans based on collaborative insights from both staff and families. You will play an integral role in family consultations to address concerns regarding treatment and behavior modification. Here at Kaleidoscope ABA, you won’t be alone; you’ll receive valuable support from your Clinical Manager, assisting with administrative tasks and scheduling to help optimize your caseload management.

What We’re Looking For
– Must hold certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
– At least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs.
– Extensive knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, ethical standards, and relevant laws.
– Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software tools.
– Physical ability to meet job demands, including long periods of standing, sitting, and engaging with clients (lifting children up to 50 lbs occasionally). The role involves active participation with children, including crouching, crawling, and spending time on the floor.
