Location: London or Remote (UK) £45,000 – £65,000, depending on experience + Benefits
We’re on the lookout for two passionate Tech Recruiters to join our Hiring team on a 12-month fixed-term basis, dedicated to attracting and hiring exceptional, diverse talent for our engineering team.
Your role will involve collaborating with Hiring Managers to create seamless hiring processes
You’ll partner with our hiring managers to pinpoint the skills they seek and devise effective assessment strategies. Your probing questions will inspire them to rethink and clarify their needs. You’ll manage the hiring journey from start to finish, persuading top talent to become part of our team.

You will be enthusiastic about optimizing hiring processes
We are consistently fine-tuning our recruitment strategies to enhance simplicity and effectiveness. You will leverage data to identify successes and opportunities for improvement.

Our interview process consists of three key stages:
- A 30-minute Recruiter Call
- An Initial Discussion with a team member
- 2-3 interviews
The typical duration of our interview process is around 2-3 weeks, and we will always accommodate your availability. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with our recruitment team at various stages, and if you have any questions beforehand, feel free to reach out.
