An exciting opportunity awaits at a transport operator located in Tewkesbury as they seek a Part-time Sales and Business Development Lead. This role is designed for a proactive individual who can identify and cultivate new business opportunities while enjoying the flexibility of a home-based working environment. You can expect to dedicate around 4-5 hours daily across five days a week.
Key responsibilities in this dynamic position include:
- Conducting thorough research to identify new customers and market prospects.
- Re-engaging with lapsed customers to rekindle business relationships.
- Upselling services to existing clients to enhance their experience and increase revenue.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Relevant experience in a similar role, with a preference for background in the transport sector.
- A strong customer-centric approach and an exceptional ability to foster and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
- Solid analytical skills to assess information and numerical data, coupled with a keen commercial awareness.
Compensation for this role is competitive, with an hourly rate ranging from approximately £13 to £14.
