    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive pipeline growth and revenue by executing segment marketing strategies and creating resonant messages that engage target customers.

    • Develop unique and differentiated messaging and positioning strategies tailored to target audiences, showcasing our core capabilities and values.

    • Serve as a key collaborator in executing marketing initiatives such as launch planning, programming, campaign development, sales enablement, and content creation.

    • Leverage technical experience in data center products to enhance our marketing efforts.

    • Create and maintain detailed customer journey maps to visualize and refine the customer experience across all interaction points.

    • Build a comprehensive sales toolkit to support the sales process, including playbooks, presentations, battle cards, solution briefs, white papers, product demonstrations, videos, blogs, and webinars.

    • Design and implement customized communication strategies for customers, including product announcements, guides, walkthroughs, and success metrics.

    • Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.

    • Lead and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that enhance our market share and position the company as an industry leader.

    • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales materials by measuring their impact on conversion rates and striving to enhance these metrics across various segments.

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated experience in product/solution marketing, with a proven track record in executing successful GTM strategies.

    • Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities, skilled in generating engaging content.

    • Analytical thinker, capable of leveraging market and customer data to drive strategic decisions.

    • Proficient in managing projects and multiple complex tasks while meeting tight deadlines.

    • A collaborative team player with a positive mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    • Adaptable and willing to embrace change, demonstrating flexibility in strategy execution.

    • Experience with hardware/software technologies or IT services is highly preferred.

    Physical Demands

    • This role is typically performed in an office environment.

    • Extended periods of sitting and intensive visual concentration on computer screens and detailed data may be required.

    • Frequent repetitive motions (e.g., data entry and use of a computer mouse) are part of the job.

    Experience Requirements

    • A minimum of two years of relevant experience.

    Educational Background

    • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or a related science discipline.

    Compensation

    Annual salary range: $57,000 – $75,000 USD.
