In this role, you will oversee the installation and management of assigned contracts, engaging in various tasks such as constructing billing setups, collecting eligibility data, revising structures, and troubleshooting related issues. You’ll also be responsible for database management and the preparation of essential plan materials, including administrative documents and educational resources for customers. You may be tasked with investigating installation discrepancies and crafting customer-specific solutions while ensuring compliance with established quality and reporting standards.
This is a full-time position with a schedule from Monday to Friday, requiring an 8-hour shift within business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage intake processes and assist with various projects.
- Triage requests according to provider status.
- Maintain communication with Care Delivery Organizations and providers.
- Process and distribute diverse contract documents.
- Provide training to internal teams on systems.
- Use relevant data to identify and resolve problems in your expertise.
- Investigate non-standard requests with some supervision.
- Focus on tasks particular to your knowledge area.
- Organize and prioritize your workload to meet deadlines.
- Provide clear explanations and information regarding your areas of expertise.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- At least 2 years of experience in California’s Managed Care environment—such as IPA, physician office, hospital administration, or other health care-related industries.
- Familiarity working with healthcare claims.
- Proficient in computers and Windows-based software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience utilizing Microsoft SharePoint.
- This full-time role mandates employees work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, with potential overtime or weekend work as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in provider contracting.
- Background in provider relations.
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Residency within the Pacific Time Zone is mandatory.
- Obligated to ensure the security of company-sensitive documents where applicable.
- Must maintain a dedicated, private workspace separate from living areas.
- Access to a UnitedHealth Group-approved high-speed internet connection is required.

Compensation for this position ranges from $23.70 to $46.35 per hour for full-time employment, influenced by factors such as local labor market conditions, education, experience, and certifications.
