    In the role of Senior Director of Technology Product Management, you will take the lead in providing strategic and technical direction for the development of software applications that emphasize VBC financial and contract performance, incentive frameworks, funds-flow, and provider performance. Close collaboration with solution owners, capability leaders, engineering teams, and other key stakeholders is vital for defining business objectives, steering technology product strategy, and converting that strategy into comprehensive technical specifications for software prototyping and final development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Spearhead the development and scaling of AI-driven technology solutions to address changing customer demands.
    • Shape the vision and strategic roadmap for multi-year software projects aligned with client outcomes across multiple interconnected technology products.
    • Guide a team of technology-focused product managers in creating market-leading, AI-first solutions.
    • Oversee the creation of initiatives, parent features, and user stories to facilitate effective agile development and product releases.
    • Analyze competitive software offerings to promote distinctive value propositions.
    • Engage in market outreach to validate high-value outcome assumptions.
    • Analyze industry trends to proactively discover new opportunities that enhance product capabilities and capture market share.
    • Collaborate with growth and sales enablement teams to establish go-to-market strategies for new features.
    • Align with stakeholders across various functions to prioritize objectives.
    • Foster synergies within the product suite aimed at shared audiences and user personas.
    • Manage detailed planning and success metrics to support capital planning efforts, including comprehensive business cases.
    • Facilitate market sizing exercises (TAM, SAM, SOM) to guide prioritization and revenue growth estimates.
    • Devise multi-year revenue strategies to fulfill growth objectives.
    • Oversee product financials, implementing adjustments to enhance profitability and growth.
    • Elevate expertise within the technology product management team and collaborating departments.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of professional experience in healthcare, health tech, or technology sectors.
    • 5+ years in technology product management and development, with experience in at least two of the following:
      • New technology product development
      • Launching new technology products
      • Creating technology roadmaps
      • Developing commercial technology and SaaS products.
    • 5+ years supporting VBC performance or Population Health optimization in areas such as payer/provider contracting, MSSP performance, ACO performance, TCOC insights, population health management, or VBC/quality incentive design.
    • 3+ years managing cross-functional initiatives within a highly matrixed environment.
    • Willingness to travel up to 10% as necessary.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 6+ years overseeing full product profitability, including revenue and expenses.
    • 4+ years experience building technologies with robust AI/ML capabilities.
    • 4+ years leading and managing a team of product managers.
    • A continuous learning mindset focused on advancing artificial intelligence applications.
    • Proven ability to synthesize market insights into actionable product ideas.
    • Strong capacity to thrive under pressure and manage detailed tasks.
    • Effective influencer at all organizational levels within matrixed structures.

    Compensation is influenced by various factors such as local labor markets, education, hands-on experience, and certifications. Beyond competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, equity stock options, and a 401k contribution plan (eligibility requirements apply). If you start your career journey with us, you’ll discover a wide array of benefits and incentives, with salary ranging from $156,400 to $268,000 annually for full-time roles in compliance with minimum wage laws.
