    This is a remarkable opportunity to join our core team during an exhilarating phase of growth. You will have a clear pathway for advancement—from a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to the Head of Sales, where you’ll oversee client relationships, acquisition pipelines, hiring, and inspire team leadership.

    As a rapidly expanding software development agency, we collaborate with startups, enterprises, and other agencies across the UK, US, and Israel. Our mission is to deliver a seamless, enjoyable, and straightforward experience for our clients. We pride ourselves on being an agency steered by technology leaders who adopt a transparent and straightforward approach.

    We offer three primary services: development and design, technical staff outstaffing, and consulting (CTO-as-a-service).

    In just the first 1.5 years of our journey, we’ve successfully grown from 1 to 15 developers involved in diverse projects around the globe, achieving an impressive £1.2 million in revenue!

    This year, our ambitious goal is to double both our projects and our team size. With your involvement and coupled with our mentorship and support, we are confident that we can realize this goal together!

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Sourcing: Your primary focus will be identifying and engaging with leads, primarily startups ranging from seed to Series B. While we work across various industries, we notably engage with e-commerce businesses, consumer applications, and B2B SaaS tools. You should possess experience in B2B agency sourcing and effectively communicate with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and founders.
    • Event Participation and Representation: Building personal relationships is essential for our growth. You will be responsible for sourcing, researching, and attending events where our target clientele congregates. The aim is to foster connections with prospective customers and partners, typically attending 2-4 evening events each month across the city.
    • Marketing Innovation: We encourage creativity and curiosity! Bring forth ideas to raise our company’s visibility and create opportunities for engagement with potential clients.

    Qualifications We’re Looking For

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation or business development in a B2B environment is essential.
    • Proficiency in Hubspot (or similar CRM software), Slack, and standard office tools is required.
    • A foundational understanding of software development terminology is desirable (e.g., “frontend,” “backend,” “native app”).
    • Experience with marketing tools and ad management is a plus.

    Compensation & Benefits

    This position is available as both a contract (day rate) and permanent employment option.

    • As a contractor, your daily rate will range from £100 to £130, based on experience.
    • As a permanent employee, you will receive an annual salary of £30,000.
    • Commission for every project you secure. Enjoy a generous commission structure: 5% for deals up to £20k, 7.5% for deals up to £49.9k, and 10% for deals over £50k, capped at £15k per deal.

    Interview Process Overview (Three meetings total)

    • First Meeting: A casual introductory chat with a company founder to discuss your background and experiences (up to 45 minutes).
    • Second Meeting: You will prepare a presentation and conduct a mock sales call, simulating an initial conversation with a prospective client, showcasing your communication style and research skills.
    • Third Meeting: A final discussion with both founders for Q&A, review of previous discussions, and feedback.

    Initial contract duration: 1-6 months

    Expected workload: 30-40 hours per week
