Your Role as a Microsoft 365 Sales Specialist:
In the position of Microsoft 365 Sales Specialist, your mission will be to amplify Microsoft’s business avenues by delivering expert product and licensing support, with a strong emphasis on M365 and the Modern Workplace.
Your contributions will be vital in driving sales for Modern Workplace solutions. By understanding customer requirements, recommending custom modern workplace offerings, and assisting the sales team in sealing deals, you will demonstrate invaluable expertise and facilitate business growth.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Enhancing sales opportunities: Collaborate with the sales team to actively cultivate, manage, and expand relationships with current customers and partners.
- Product and licensing expertise: Offer extensive support on products and licensing related to all Microsoft cloud services.
- Campaign collaboration: Partner with marketing to lead campaigns and engage in promotional activities.
- Continuous learning: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in Microsoft cloud services to provide optimal support to our customers and your team.
- Service innovation: Propose and develop approved solutions and services for sale through the sales team.
- Training delivery: Educate the sales team on new technologies and services to enhance their capabilities.
- Cloud service optimization: Utilize and advocate for company platforms to help customers understand costs and maximize their cloud service usage.
- Sales enhancement: Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities and train sales staff to recognize these prospects.
- Service identification: Proactively pinpoint customers in need of services, using insights from customer interactions.
- Demonstrations: Conduct demos for customers and partners and assist marketing in creating engaging how-to content and guides.
What We’re Looking For:
To excel as a Microsoft 365 Sales Specialist, you should possess at least two years of sales or pre-sales experience, coupled with a solid understanding of Microsoft Cloud Products. Salary: approximately £36k base with an annual OTE of £54k.
