    Position Summary:

    The National Sales Manager Project Business is responsible for the creation and execution of Sales Programs to progressively expand Bosch’s market share, manage the Project Business Sales team and coordinate with business partners and Manufacturer Representatives to ensure the team is effectively maximizing every opportunity to achieve corporate sales objectives.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    Drive the development and execution of all sales strategies and targets.

    Coordination with Project Business Sales Managers and Manufacturer’s Representatives to maximize selling opportunities.

    Participate in the hiring and development of the organization, appropriate for the company’s maturity/size.

    Develop and manage the budget and ensure profitability.

    Develop, establish, and direct channel and distribution strategies and programs.

    Key partner in maintaining key customer relationships along with developing and implementing strategies for expanding the customer base.

    Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales channel management (includes direct report account executive).

    Responsible for the profitability of accounts by managing expenses, utilizing marketing dollars, and instituting pricing programs.

    Provide regular status communication with internal and external sales and support staff.

    Develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions, for high-profile customers and distributor partners.

    Selecting target areas, identify strategic sites and partnerships.

    Develop new business opportunities, present proposals, and make professional presentations to Builders and Developers to achieve targets.

    Attend necessary trade shows as needed to promote Bosch Home Comfort’s products.

    Monitor and analyze field sales reports, building statistics, interpret results and take action to achieve sales targets.

    Responsible for compiling competitive analysis (prices, strategies, strengths, weaknesses, market share, etc.)

    Travel Expectation:

    Required up to 80% of the time to support sales reps/customers.
