    In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise to showcase our cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions and threat intelligence offerings. The ideal candidate will confidently communicate CrowdStrike’s go-to-market strategies to senior executives within their designated region. You will have the chance to demonstrate the unique capabilities of CrowdStrike’s products, align our strengths with the needs of various agencies and departments, and collaborate with partners and clients to triumph over adversaries. We seek individuals with proven sales leadership, a network of executive-level contacts within the assigned territory, and a keen ability to adapt to the dynamic landscape of business challenges. A results-driven mindset, a focus on customer satisfaction, technological acumen, and a flair for building both internal and external partnerships with passion are essential traits for success in this role!

    This position represents a Director-level opportunity within our dynamic Field Sales team. We are particularly interested in candidates based in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of seasoned sales professionals, fostering a high-performance sales culture.

    • Oversee daily team operations, manage the sales pipeline, engage in territory and account planning, forecasting, and ensure successful quota attainment through compelling sales presentations and opportunity management.

    • Utilize your extensive network of VAR resellers to further CrowdStrike’s sales strategy and objectives.

    • Devising, implementing, and executing account strategies to generate new business and enhance revenue within your assigned territory, both independently and collaboratively.

    • Negotiate and finalize agreements that not only meet but exceed booking and revenue targets.

    • Identify and connect with decision-makers at key prospect accounts within the assigned region.

    • Coordinate with cross-functional partners (including Sales, Channels, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Services, Support, and Product Development) to enhance visibility with target accounts and drive engagement from both individual contributors and executive stakeholders.

    • Engage constructively with the partner ecosystem to leverage existing relationships and account presence for maximum impact.

    • Gather, maintain, and effectively disseminate relevant prospect information through data analytics tools.

    • Experience with MEDDPICC sales methodology is a plus but not required.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in solution sales, leading teams that sell cybersecurity software and/or infrastructure products.

    • Comprehensive knowledge of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies along with awareness of the competitive landscape.

    • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully executing target account and consultative selling strategies.

    • A proactive self-starter with a talent for building executive relationships, conveying CrowdStrike’s value proposition, and generating demand to facilitate deals.

    • A strong aptitude for understanding technology solutions that address business challenges and a knack for explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.

    • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with a strategic approach to resolving complex issues quickly and efficiently.

    • Established experience in nurturing relationships with senior executives across organizations.

    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as effective presentation abilities to internal and external stakeholders.

    • Excellent organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.

    • Willingness to work remotely, coupled with the ability to travel at short notice.

    • A driven individual capable of both independent work and functioning effectively within a team environment.

    • A strong desire to succeed and contribute to the growth of a vibrant, fast-paced startup.

    • A BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
