Full-Time Opportunity: Join Our Team as a Registered Dietitian (Onsite Position Only)

We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity split between two of our premier locations: New Bloomfield, PA (16 hours) and Millersburg, PA (24 hours). Please note that this is an onsite role and not conducive to remote work.

Location: This role will take place at the Premier at Perry Village in New Bloomfield, PA, and the Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab in Millersburg, PA.

Position Overview

As a Registered Dietitian, you will be integral in assessing, strategizing, and implementing tailored nutritional care plans for our residents.

Enjoy a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus with this position!

Your compensation will range from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, determined by your experience.

Key Responsibilities
– Conduct thorough nutritional assessments for residents, particularly those with complex health issues.
– Create and implement personalized dietary care plans that meet individual resident needs.
– Continuously monitor residents’ nutritional health and adjust care plans as required.
– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to seamlessly integrate dietary services into residents’ overall health management.
– Guide dietary staff on menu planning, special dietary needs, and adherence to regulatory standards.
– Educate residents and their families about nutritional goals and necessary dietary modifications.
– Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to dietary services.

Qualifications
– Must possess a valid Licensed Registered Dietitian credential in Pennsylvania.
– Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related area.
– Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare environment.
– Strong understanding of therapeutic diets, nutritional requirements, and relevant regulations.
– Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
– Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is an asset.
