• Fluent or near-native English pronunciation
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Experience in English as a Second Language (ESL/TESL) is a plus
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Access to HD camera and microphone
• Bachelor’s degree
• TEFL/TESOL/CETL or equivalent certification
• Must have a set schedule available for at least 6 months
