Employment Type: Part-Time, Remote, Self-Employed Basis
Compensation: Based on experience, annual salary ranging from £31,000 to £39,000 (Full-Time Equivalent); hourly rate between £16 and £20.
Work Schedule: Flexible hours to be agreed upon with the selected candidate, estimated 15-20 hours per week (Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, plus alternating Saturdays).

Your Role
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Counselling Practice Manager who is ready to take on the challenge of leading our expanding counselling practice. This position is ideal for proactive individuals who possess strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and the sensitivity required to excel in a client-focused, emotionally intelligent setting. You will collaborate closely with the Directors of the Leone Centre, supporting both strategic initiatives and daily operations while actively fostering a culture rooted in high performance and shared values.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Directors to execute both operational and strategic goals.
- Ensure the seamless day-to-day management of the practice.
- Provide guidance, leadership, and support to the administrative team.
- Create and manage schedules and rotas for therapists and administrative personnel.
- Maintain the highest standards of client care and professionalism.
- Address and resolve client concerns with genuine empathy and tact.
- Enhance and preserve the practice’s stellar reputation and service quality.
- Coordinate regular team meetings to promote alignment and cohesion.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and professional standards.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Review and update operational policies to ensure compliance and relevancy.
- Identify and champion initiatives to improve operations and enhance services.
- Contribute to business development endeavors including project management, marketing strategies, and exploring growth opportunities.
- Meet organizational KPIs and monitor practice performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in team or service management, preferably within a health or mental health setting.
- Strong background in customer service, prioritizing a client-first attitude.
- Proven administrative and operational expertise.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and supporting team members.
- High levels of common sense, sound judgement, and sensitivity in handling client dynamics.
- Excellent leadership skills with a knack for building effective teams.
- Clear and impactful communication abilities.
- Highly organized with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated professionalism, ethical integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Proficient and confident with digital platforms, client management systems, and online booking solutions.
- Understanding of secure digital communication and data protection practices is essential.
- Experience in HR is a bonus.
