Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting visits to active construction sites and apartment complexes throughout the Bay Area
• Showcasing our unique value proposition and coordinating meetings with senior representatives; our goal is to supply skilled trades, labor, and safety support for construction projects, while also providing maintenance technicians for apartment communities.
• Developing and nurturing strong relationships with superintendents and project management teams
• Aiming to meet or exceed established sales targets for meetings, contacts, and proposals

• A confident and proactive approach to site visits
• A disciplined work ethic focused on diligent follow-up, follow-through, and delivering value to clients
• Participation in tradeshows, conventions, and networking events to build connections
