    Description: The Privileged Access Management (PAM) Architect reports to the Security Engineering Manager and frequently interacts with the CISO, IAM Leadership, as well as Audit and Compliance. The PAM Architect is responsible for designing PAM solutions that protects, but also enables the business and IT teams to execute and innovate. This position is primarily responsible for architecting solutions, standards, and patterns to enhance the organizations PAM framework, driving greater adoption and compliance. • Influence the planning and execution of a strategic vision for rigorous and scalable solutions with a focus on creating measurable benchmarks, or KPIs, to show progress (or deficiencies requiring additional attention) • Collaborate with Identity Security Engineering and IAM to implement PAM solutions that align with access policies and processes. • Further develop or refine PAM and IAM standards, patterns, policies and procedures. • Research, validate and deploy solutions meeting security and business needs. • Drive security efficiencies, enabling security team members to work on more advanced tasks. • Possess a DevOps focus across technology and security architecture, automation, integration and distribution. • Perform other duties as assigned. • 7+ years in Information Technology, with at least 3 years in a senior role directly leading IAM initiatives. • Experience in both cloud and on-premises IAM solutions • Working knowledge of governance frameworks such as NIST or ISO 17799 Skills: Architecture, privileged access management, iam, CyberArk, Security Top Skills Details: Architecture,privileged access management,iam,CyberArk,Security Additional Skills & Qualifications: Extensive knowledge of Privileged Access Management (CyberArk Preferred), SSO, MFA, Active Directory (AD), public key infrastructure (PKI), and application program interface (API) capabilities. • CISSP (heavily preferred), CIAM, CCSP or other equivalent certification. o Or master’s degree in cyber security, related field. • Highly technical and analytical, with a proven experience in IAM technology design, implementation and delivery. • Track record acting with integrity, taking pride in work, seeking to excel, being curious and adaptable, and communicating effectively. • Excellence in communicating business risk from cybersecurity issues. • Track record of acting with integrity, taking pride in work, seeking to excel, being curious and adaptable, and communicating effectively. • Highly trustworthy, leads by example.
