    Role Summary:

    As a vital contributor to our mission, you will assist patients in navigating our Prescription Payment Plan. Your role will involve close collaboration with patients, insurance providers, healthcare professionals, and pharmacies to ensure smooth enrollment, eligibility checks, cost-sharing, and efficient prescription fulfillment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Patient Enrollment & Eligibility: Guide patients through the enrollment process, collecting essential personal and insurance information while verifying eligibility.
    • Prescription Coverage: Aid patients in confirming coverage for prescribed medications and manage the approval process for eligible treatments.
    • Cost Sharing & Payment: Minimize out-of-pocket expenses for patients by applying program benefits, managing copayments and coinsurance, and providing additional copay assistance when necessary.
    • Prescription Fulfillment: Collaborate with participating pharmacies to ensure benefits are correctly applied during the filling process, so patients pay the reduced amount.
    • Refills & Ongoing Support: Assist patients in maintaining access to their medications at lowered costs, ensuring adherence to medication regimens and continued eligibility.
    • Program Renewal & Updates: Support patients in annual renewals and keep them informed about updates to the program and medication formulary.

    Qualifications We’re Seeking:

    • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or customer service (background in prescription assistance programs is advantageous)
    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes
    • Outstanding communication skills to engage with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies
    • A sincere dedication to helping others and enhancing their healthcare access
    • The capability to work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment

    • Hourly Pay: $15 per hour
