Job Description
Join our dynamic Medical Group in Augusta, GA, where we are on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Neurologist to enhance our team dedicated to both outpatient and inpatient care, including innovative telemedicine solutions for acute neurology.
- Currently, our team comprises three skilled neurologists and is supported by a dedicated physician extender.
- Engage in the evaluation, diagnosis, and medical management of patients dealing with a variety of central and peripheral nervous system disorders.
- Perform advanced procedures such as Electroencephalography and Evoked Potential Studies.
- Conduct Lumbar Punctures to assist in patient care.
- Utilize Electromyography for diagnosing neuromuscular disorders.
- Implement Neurosonography techniques to enhance diagnostic accuracy.
- Administer Botox injections for the treatment of movement disorders.
- Provide Moderate Sedation during various procedures.
- Participate in Stroke Intervention Care, ensuring critical care for stroke patients.
- Leverage Neuro Telemedicine to expand your reach and improve patient outcomes.
