    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor crucial regulatory and policy advancements affecting solar and energy storage markets nationwide.

    • Conduct market research and maintain a position at the forefront of industry innovation.

    • Interact with various trade associations and policy groups to uncover new market opportunities for the firm.

    • Craft strategic entry plans for emerging markets, supported by solid theses and thorough analysis.

    • Establish clear goals and timelines to ensure success in both existing and new markets.

    • Support early-stage business development efforts, reaching out to potential customers, partners, and stakeholders as we launch new initiatives.

    • Assist in creating and delivering impactful presentations and proposals during initial campaigns.

    • Embrace versatility by wearing multiple hats and growing alongside our promising renewable development company.

    Qualifications:

    • 1-2+ years of experience in energy policy, regulation, or a related field, along with a degree in policy, energy/environment, or economics.

    • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

    • Adept at identifying market trends early and developing actionable models to seize opportunities.

    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

    • Solid understanding of the environmental and utility regulatory framework.

    • Meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic, accountability, and organizational competencies.

    • Able to thrive in ambiguity, excelling in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere.

    • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to cross-functional teamwork.
