YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In this remote role, you will work from the comfort of your home, assisting clients via inbound and outbound communication channels. Your core duties will include:

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• An active resident license for selling Property & Casualty insurance.
• A verifiable high school diploma or GED.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate technology effectively.
• Quick problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Reliable internet connection (no satellite or wireless hotspots) and a smartphone.
• Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for work purposes.
