Minimum Qualifications:

• You must be a board-certified PMHNP, licensed in Indiana.
• You should be open to either full-time or part-time contract opportunities.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a PMHNP is required.
• Individual Professional Liability insurance is a must.
• You should either already have a collaborating physician or be willing to obtain one.

We can only consider Nurse Practitioners who possess a minimum of three years of experience with their PMHNP certification.
