Minimum Qualifications:

To qualify, you should possess an Associate’s degree or an equivalent qualification, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience that showcases your administrative capabilities.

Your Role:

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of important tasks that contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process incoming referrals for TCHATT, including handling necessary consents, guardianship documents, and appointment scheduling.
• Manage EPIC schedules to guarantee precise and timely appointment bookings for TCHATT patients.
• Verify and accurately enter patients’ demographic information into the Trayt data management system.
• Maintain detailed logs of TCHATT referrals and associated appointment data.
• Respond to calls for TCHATT services, multitasking to schedule appointments and support callers effectively.
• Act as a reliable resource for patients, clinicians, team members, and school personnel, delivering accurate and timely information.
• Assist in resolving any issues that may arise concerning patient appointments.
• Exhibit strong multitasking capabilities while staying composed and focused in high-pressure situations.
• Support the training and mentoring of new staff members.
• Maintain a strong understanding of patient registration processes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using the EPIC system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Show adeptness in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Exhibit the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Complete additional program-related tasks as needed.
