    As a Training Specialist – Non-Clinical, you will play a pivotal role in the design, delivery, and management of non-clinical training and program materials across the MedExpress platform. This position involves conducting training programs, workshops, and seminars on MedExpress culture, professional growth, service excellence, and leadership development. You’ll also engage in ongoing compliance training and the onboarding of new hires for all non-clinical staff.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver engaging training sessions through virtual platforms and in-person visits to MedExpress centers. This includes onboarding new non-clinical employees, facilitating professional development across the organization, and conducting seminars on leadership, management, compliance, and regulatory standards.
    • Provide comprehensive training on non-clinical operations covering policies, procedures, and daily operations within our centers.
    • Assist in the design and development of training materials and manage the planning, execution, and coordination of various training initiatives.
    • Partner with the Training Intake & Program Manager to conduct train-the-trainer sessions to enhance the capabilities of the training team.
    • Support management in evaluating staff performance post-training, offering constructive feedback.
    • Collaborate with leadership to address training-related issues, such as IT challenges, common errors, and system problems.
    • Keep meticulous training records, notes, and metrics as required.
    • Stay updated on MedExpress policies and procedural changes, integrating updates into training content and materials.
    • Assist with logistical arrangements, including transportation, coordination of training materials, site locations, and technical setups.
