Compensation and Perks:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $90,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Actively promote Stine Seed Company to boost sales and enhance brand visibility among retail dealer locations within your territory.
- Provide dealers with the latest product information, agronomic insight, and promotional materials to drive sales.
- Cultivate a strong understanding of Stine Seed and its product offerings through ongoing training and self-education.
- Identify and create a strategy for recruiting key retail dealer prospects.
- Regularly update the Director of Retail Development about the performance of major retail accounts.
- Conduct a minimum of twenty on-site visits to key retail locations each week.
- Engage in year-round prospecting for new dealers.
- Collaborate on setting annual sales goals for Stine corn and soybeans at each key retail outlet.
- Partner with the Director of Team Development to execute tailored sales training initiatives for key retail partners.
- Participate in the organization and delivery of sales and product training sessions.
- Accurately report on account sales and forecasting.
- Assist in establishing Stine Success corn and soybean plots for hands-on product training.
- Gather yield data on corn and soybeans from retail sites.
- Advocate for the use of Stine XP soybean seed treatments at pivotal retail accounts.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
- A minimum of three years of experience in agricultural retail and seed sales is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Proven familiarity with effective sales techniques, strong negotiation abilities, and a knack for overcoming challenges.
- A proactive approach and the capability to work autonomously towards achieving goals.
- Candidates with a track record of building and nurturing strong dealer relationships by understanding their priorities will be given preference.
