They offer a wide range of products including washer-extractors, flexible chest ironers, garment finishing tunnels, and cleanroom laundry systems designed to optimize efficiency and quality in large-scale laundry environments. With a global presence in over 40 countries and thousands of installations, they are committed to providing high-performance laundry solutions across the U.S. and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion: Seek out and capitalize on opportunities to grow market share. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive sales in both new and existing markets.
Revenue Generation: Propel the achievement of sales targets and revenue objectives. Use market data and sales trends to inform business decisions and maximize sales results.
New Business Acquisition: Harness your network, referrals, industry connections, and cold outreach methods to generate new business opportunities.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure an exceptional customer experience and foster lasting loyalty.
Collaboration: Work alongside various departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with the broader business goals.
Sales Forecasting: Create accurate sales forecasts and budgets. Track and report on performance metrics, offering insights and proposals for continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor moves, and market changes. Implement initiatives for enhancing sales processes and efficiency, contributing to overall business growth.
Profile:
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) is preferred.
- Proven experience in the industrial laundry equipment sales sector.
- Ideally, candidates will have 5-8 years of industry experience.
- A strong "hunter" mentality with a focus on business development is essential.
- Successful track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue goals.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- An analytical approach with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Eastern United States.

Job Offer:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000, plus a commission/bonus target of $20,000 to $30,000.
