Join a dynamic team as a Metro Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the West Business Center, a pivotal role in driving revenue growth while collaborating with a network of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and FIAT dealerships in the East Washington territory. In this vital sales position, you will act as a critical link between retail partners and Stellantis, contributing to the overall development of the dealership network. Your responsibilities will include setting retail sales objectives for each vehicle line, ensuring dealer orders align with market demand, and coordinating monthly vehicle schedules to optimize production efficiency in the region.
Key Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or marketing.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to the Eastern Washington area is essential, as this is not a fully remote opportunity.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-energy sales environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
- Experience gained in a new car dealership setting.
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- A knack for fostering positive, collaborative relationships.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of leadership and achievement.
- Self-driven with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding goals.
