    Job Description

    Location: Florida and Alabama Region – Flexible Remote Position. Candidates must reside within the region.

    Target Area: Tampa and Orlando.

    Join a leading manufacturer and distributor specializing in food ingredients and components!

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    Expand our market presence by driving both new and existing business initiatives aimed at independent and corporate food service sectors, restaurants, specialty shops, and convenience stores. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales and profit targets while fostering growth throughout the region.

    Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to formulate strategic plans, engaging presentations, execution frameworks, promotional programs, and operational procedures.

    Partner with select regional brokers to establish clear sales objectives and priorities for each account, enabling continued revenue generation.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Experience: 3-5 years of sales expertise in the food industry, particularly focusing on food service, specialty stores, convenience stores, and independent accounts.
    • Proficient understanding of the sales process and its dynamics.
    • A proactive self-starter with a ‘hunter’ mentality and entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Experience working with brokers and distributors.
    • Competence in Excel and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
    • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Highly motivated to secure business opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with customers. Travel Requirement: Approximately 50% travel within the region.

    Compensation Package:

    Competitive salary ranging from $75K to $100K, with the potential for quarterly bonuses based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, customer acquisition, sales turnover, and effective CRM utilization.
