REMOTE Territory Sales Manager – Transplant (Kidney) – Northeast (NY, CT, MA, RI, NH, ME)
Position Overview:
We are excited to invite applications for the role of Territory Manager – Transplant Medicine (Kidney) – Northeast. In this dynamic position, you will spearhead the expansion of our innovative transplant-related product lines across the designated region. Your responsibilities will encompass generating demand, facilitating product onboarding, and delivering exceptional customer experiences by leveraging our clinical, provider, patient, and practice management support systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Account Management:
- Consistently achieve 100% of sales goals set for your territory.
- Pursue excellence by outperforming key performance metrics established by sales leadership.
- Collaborate with the client services team to track both patient and provider experiences.
- Utilize data analysis to craft a strategic territory plan focused on reaching financial targets.
- Engage in local and overnight travel to connect with both current and potential clients across your territory.
- Prioritize and organize sales activities to align with business objectives and management’s goals.
- Work alongside various internal teams to identify and capitalize on strategic cross-selling opportunities.
Selling and Client Engagement:
- Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to enhance the diagnostic test portfolio.
- Foster and expand the patient base at established accounts, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction through regular interactions.
- Drive new business development by articulating the value of our products, providing detailed information, and preparing tailored quotes and proposals.
- Guide clients seamlessly through the sales journey, converting prospects into loyal customers.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations, ensuring product adoption and optimizing test utilization.
- Conduct thorough client business reviews to nurture and grow existing relationships.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in a science or business-related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in direct sales and business development, ideally within an academic hospital framework, with specialized experience in solid organ transplant, nephrology, hepatology, or laboratory settings.
- Familiarity with Direct-bill, Buy & Bill, or Capital Sales/Value Analysis pricing and billing models.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
- A customer service-driven mindset paired with a professional demeanor.
- A self-motivated individual with robust problem-solving abilities who can prioritize tasks effectively and mobilize resources to meet sales targets.
- Goal-oriented with exceptional time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities, enabling effective interaction at all organizational levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- A keen attention to detail, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
You should also have proficiency in PC-based software, particularly the Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, and mobile applications.

Compensation: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00
