    We are on the lookout for a skilled and motivated 2nd Line Remote Support Engineer to enhance our dynamic team of technology enthusiasts at razorblue. If you are ready for an exciting challenge, your role will include the following key responsibilities:

    • Delivering outstanding remote technical support for complex cases escalated from our 1st line Engineers. Your expertise will be pivotal in diagnosing issues, resolving requests, documenting incidents, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and crafting stellar end user experiences.
    • Performing on-site troubleshooting at client locations as required, tackling intricate issues while representing our company with professionalism and positivity.
    • Mentoring and coaching junior engineers by sharing valuable technical knowledge, fostering organizational insights, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
    • Actively serving as a point of contact for less experienced team members, providing guidance and support.

    Key Qualifications:

    • A valid Full UK Driving License
    • Proven ability to work independently
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Experience in corporate or Managed Service Provider (MSP) technology environments
    • Proficiency in administering Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server & Office 365
    • CompTIA certification, relevant apprenticeship, or higher education background
    • Degree or equivalent qualifications are preferred
    • A people-centric approach to service
    • Competence in Windows desktop and application support
    • Experience with tablet and mobile device support
    • Ability to troubleshoot networks, utilizing skills like ping and traceroute
    • Insight into razorblue’s business operations, clients, and market dynamics
    • Familiarity with Veeam Backup & Replication and Microsoft Group Policy
    • Understanding of Azure AD Sync and Azure AD Connect
    • Excellent English communication skills to articulate complex technical issues effectively
