With a stellar reputation built around expertise in the Autodesk ecosystem and related technologies, our client is a trusted partner committed to guiding clients through their digitalization journey. This role includes travel to client sites, complemented by a generous £7,000 car allowance.

The Opportunity

In the capacity of Sales Manager, you will be pivotal in catalyzing business expansion by uncovering, pursuing, and securing fresh business prospects within the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC), Manufacturing, and Infrastructure sectors. This position is ideal for a resourceful self-starter eager to foster relationships, deliver impactful solutions, and successfully close significant deals.

  • Identify and cultivate new client partnerships.
  • Market the company’s extensive global intellectual property, alongside its implementation, training, and consultancy services centered on Autodesk and comparable technologies.
  • Enhance the organization’s market visibility through strategic networking, prospecting, and persuasive negotiation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales teams and various departments to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Leverage CRM and analytics tools to oversee sales pipelines and monitor performance metrics.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify and capitalize on new business prospects within the Autodesk ecosystem.
  • Strategically target businesses in the AEC, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Promote and articulate the benefits of value-added services and global IP in digitalization, training, and implementation.
  • Foster robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Meticulously manage sales data and reporting through effective use of CRM and analytics tools.

Qualifications:

  • A proven history of success in B2B sales, especially in promoting Autodesk products or similar digitalization solutions.
  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and closing abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • An analytical approach with a strategic mindset toward account development.
