About the Role:
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Technical Account Manager who brings 2+ years of relevant experience to our passionate team. In this pivotal role, you will cultivate and strengthen relationships with our digital publishing partners, guiding them toward achieving their business objectives. Collaborate closely with publishers to gain insights into their needs as you serve as their go-to resource for quality assurance, problem resolution, and strategies for growing revenue.

Main Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding:
- Act as the central contact for a diverse portfolio of new clients.
- Oversee the onboarding process, encompassing page configuration and Google Ad Manager setup.
- Ensure exceptional client support, satisfaction, and performance outcomes.
- Business Development:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of PubX technology.
- Proactively discover growth opportunities across both newly onboarded and existing clients.
- Work hand-in-hand with Engineering, Commercial, and Data Science teams to enhance portfolio performance.
- Suggest and implement improvements that will deliver value to our customers.
- Technical Troubleshooting:
- Identify and address issues related to publisher implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
- Take proactive measures to improve client performance.
- Team Initiatives:
- Contribute to defining strategies for enhancing team efficiency.
- Lead projects within the TAM team to pinpoint growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of expertise in technical account management or sales, particularly in the digital publishing or digital advertising sectors.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Strong grasp of digital publishing, online advertising, and programmatic revenue frameworks.
- Extensive experience with industry tools and platforms, such as Google Ad Manager, header bidding solutions (preferably Prebid), and analytics platforms (preferably on the SSP or publisher side).
- Solid project management capabilities.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Proficient in data analysis and on-page troubleshooting.
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to account management.
- Able to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with developer/bespoke tools to diagnose issues on publisher sites.
