About the Company:

They simplify compliance by streamlining the procurement process, collaborating with over 200 pre-approved suppliers to meet clients’ diverse needs, ranging from straightforward hardware requests to complex IT support for multi-site trusts.
Your Role:
In this remote position, you’ll engage with incoming inquiries from various organizations that have been referred to or recognized that our client can fulfill their requirements for IT Hardware, Software, or Services.
This role does not involve hard sales; rather, you’ll focus on relationship-building as all inquiries are genuine expressions of interest. Following established protocols, you’ll provide tailored IT solutions, leveraging both existing and new suppliers to meet client needs while suggesting additional relevant products or services.
Our client is dedicated to offering exceptional training and continuous support, enabling you to confidently guide clients through the process, ensuring they receive the right solutions, comply with regulations, and stay within budget.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with a diverse client base via phone and video calls are essential, as this role is centered on nurturing relationships instead of pursuing aggressive sales tactics.
While the position is fully remote, you will benefit from monthly meetings in Bedford and scheduled social events!
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of experience in sales and customer relationship management, especially in a business-to-business context, with particular familiarity in the Education or Public Sectors.
You should have experience with tenders, mini-competitions, benchmarking, or direct awards.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual eager to develop their career within a supportive Customer Engagement Team of nine dedicated people.
Flexible working hours are available, typically spanning 8 hours a day from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
